Design Approach

The project was completed over a span of six months, with an additional two months dedicated to refinement and final adjustments. The team adopted a structured and methodical approach to ensure the successful creation of a comprehensive design system

Phase1:

Initial engagement

The collaboration began with a small-scale project focused on aligning specific interface elements with updated brand guidelines. We modernized the platform’s visual style, aligning it with updated brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and polished aesthetic. This task demonstrated our ability to deliver high-quality results quickly, earning the client’s trust and paving the way for a long-term partnership.

Phase2:

Data-driven design improvements

We conducted qualitative research using Hotjar to analyze user behavior on the platform. By leveraging features like session recordings, heatmaps, and user feedback, we identified key pain points and gained insights into how users interact with navigation. Based on this data, we developed hypotheses to address user frustrations and improve their overall experience.

We translated these hypotheses into design improvements. Using Figma, we rapidly developed and tested designs, incorporating regular user feedback to validate hypotheses and implement data-driven improvements effectively.

Phase3:

Design

One of the primary challenges was creating a seamless experience for users transitioning between the platform's dashboard and its website. This was essential to ensure users always understood their location within the platform and could navigate intuitively without confusion. To achieve this, we enhanced navigation by using dynamic color accents, subtle highlights, and adaptive markers to clearly indicate the user’s location within the platform. Interactive aids like breadcrumb trails and tooltips further streamlined the experience, ensuring users could navigate seamlessly and access specific sections with ease.

Besides making significant changes to navigation structure, we also designed new features.  To boost user engagement and loyalty, we worked jointly with Negosh product team on the Opportunity board, a feature designed to provide users with a more personalized experience and enable brands to explore tailored partnership opportunities.

We developed an AI-powered image generation tool that enabled users to create visuals instantly. By leveraging an API for real-time feedback, the tool streamlined the creative process, making it faster, more intuitive, and accessible to all users.

To complete the platform transformation, we modernized its visual style, aligning it with updated brand guidelines for a cohesive and polished look. We ensured the design was fully responsive, providing an optimal and seamless experience across both web and mobile devices.
